Sanjay Patel, President - Sanjay Patel has been in lodging industry since 1991. Sanjay has developed over 17 hotels in four different states with number of successful brands such as Comfort Suites, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Super 8 Motels and Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. Sanjay has served on IOC committee for Choice Hotels International for two years. Patel has been approved Marriott franchisee since 2000.

Fred Ham, Director of Construction - Fred Ham has graduated from Vincennes University with Construction Management degree. Mr. Ham has been in hotel  and apartment construction for over 15 years.  Mr. Ham has been involved    with Hilton Hotels, Marriott International and Choice hotel International from designing and developing hotel.

Erin McManaman, Director of Sales and Marketing - Ms. Erin McManaman is a graduate of Miami, Florida with a degree in Travel and Tourism.  She has over 25 years experience in the travel and hospitality industry with an emphasis on sales/marketing and operations. Erin oversees the daily sales efforts of Midwest Hospitality properties. Those responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies for current properties and future hotel openings.

Kendra Clarke GM - Ms. Clarke position began with Midwest Hospitality Group as the opening coordinator of the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Noblesville, Indiana. She is management certified with Country Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn and Marriott hotels. Her experience includes Hotel openings, Conversions, Implementing training programs and renovations. She is currently working on four Marriott and two Hilton properties that will be coming soon to the Chicagoland and Indianapolis areas.

Stephen Wright GM- Graduate of Cedars of Lebanon with two Doctorates. Dr. Wright has held positions as Director of Operations, Assistant Controller, Internal Auditor, Quality Assurance, Regional Manager and General Manager for such companies as Adam's Mark, Best Western, Holiday Inn, Super 8 and Choice Hotels.  Stephen has received numerous awards from Best Western International and Cendant Corporation. Wright started with MHG since 1996.

Mr. Blake has been in hospitality industry since 1989. Mr. Blake has worked for Marriott his entire career before joining Midwest Hospitality Group, Inc. and Super 8 Motel – Noblesville, IN as a General Manager.

Kevin Khan, GM - Mr. Khan began his career in hospitality industry with Midwest Hospitality Group, Inc. in 1991 as a General Manager of a Super 8 Motel - Indianapolis, IN. Mr. Khan has received number of awards from Cendant Corporation and Midwest Hospitality Group, Inc.
